At Róhe, we strive for lasting quality and timeless design; however, if your purchase is not quite right, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the items in their original shipping box and include the completed return form provided in your initial delivery.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery barcodes are fully covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your parcel at an authorized drop-off point and retain your receipt to track the shipment back to our Amsterdam studio.
